Every city with stored climate is scored 0–100 for each month (warm-but-not-hot days and low rainfall score highest), and ranked by the MEAN across all twelve — so a place that is pleasant every month beats one that is glorious in spring and brutal in summer. "Pleasant months" counts how many of the twelve score 65 or better. At most two cities per country, so the list spans the world. Part of our wider best time to visit study.
