Step Into a World of Magic

Nestled within the historic County Hall building in London, Shrek's Adventure! invites you to step out of the everyday and into a sprawling 20,000 square foot interactive walk-through. This immersive experience blends the iconic world of DreamWorks Animation with an original story that transports you far beyond the city limits.

The Journey Begins

Your adventure starts at a faux establishment called "DreamWorks Tours." While other travelers might choose destinations like Berk, China, or Europe, your path leads toward the magical realm of Far Far Away. As you move through the queue, engage with the surroundings: capture a moment with a statue of Donkey peeking out of an Onion Carriage or test your lungs on a green screen to record your best roar.

Pass through the "departure gallery," lined with portraits of beloved characters, before reaching the departure gate. Here, the Head Tour Guide will introduce you to the realm, though her presentation may face some interruptions from unexpected villains. To get the magic buses moving, you won't just be a spectator—you’ll join the crowd in singing along to famous tunes from the Shrek films until the engines begin to steam.

A Quest Through Far Far Away

Once aboard, you will experience a 4D ride that takes you on a whirlwind journey. You'll fly through a simulation of London before soaring into the sky to encounter a parade of characters: the Penguins of Madagascar, Hiccup, Toothless, and Astrid, and even Po riding a giant firework rocket.

The adventure continues on foot as you explore Shrek’s swamp. You'll meet Cinderella while she tends to his home and discover Rumpelstiltskin’s mobile home. From there, the stakes rise: Rumpelstiltskin is seeking revenge for the "death" of a certain witch, and he intends to take you as his next targets. To find your way back, you will navigate several distinct environments:

• The Poison Apple: A stop where Doris serves drinks while Puss in Boots and Baba navigate the tension of Rumpel's pursuit.
• The Duloc Torture Chamber: A set for a game show called "Wheel of Torture" hosted by Thelonius, where you must answer three questions to help free Pinocchio.
• A Mirror Maze: Navigate through reflections and holograms of Shrek, Donkey, and the Magic Mirror to find Drury Lane.
• The Muffin Man’s Domain: After a sleepy encounter with Sleeping Beauty, meet the Muffin Man to prepare a cauldron of magic flour.

Final Moments in the Swamp

After the final dash through the thicket, you may find yourself in a cell with Fiona before being rescued by Shrek himself. The experience concludes with several photo opportunities featuring characters from both the Shrek franchise and other DreamWorks properties, followed by a gift shop where you can take a piece of the adventure home with you.
