Isabel Segunda, also known as Isabel II barrio-pueblo, is a barrio located on the island-municipality of Vieques in Puerto Rico. It serves as the administrative center and seat of the downtown area for the municipality.
As of the 2010 census, the population of Isabel Segunda was 1,354 residents.
