Toa Baja is a town and municipality located on the northern coast of Puerto Rico. It is situated north of Toa Alta and Bayamón, east of Dorado, and west of Cataño. The municipality is comprised of five barrios, which include Toa Baja Pueblo.
The area is part of the San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo Combined Statistical Area. In terms of regional accessibility, Toa Baja is located approximately twenty-five minutes by car from San Juan and two hours from Ponce during non-rush hour traffic conditions.
