Patillas is a beach town and municipality located on the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico. Geographically, it is situated south of San Lorenzo, west of Yabucoa and Maunabo, and east of Guayama and Arroyo.
The municipality is organized into 15 barrios and includes Patillas Pueblo. It is also a constituent part of the Guayama Metropolitan Statistical Area.
