Naguabo is a town and municipality located on the east coast of Puerto Rico. It is situated north of Humacao, south of Río Grande and Ceiba, and east of Las Piedras, bordered by the Vieques Passage.
The municipality is comprised of Naguabo Pueblo and eight distinct barrios: Daguao, Río, Mariana, Peña Pobre, Río Blanco, Maizales, Santiago y Lima, and Duque. It is also part of the San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo Metropolitan Statistical Area.
