Comerio is a comune located in the Province of Varese within the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 50 kilometers northwest of Milan and about 8 kilometers west of the city of Varese.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 5.6 square kilometers and had a recorded population of 2,549 residents.
