Torodi

Niger

Torodi is a small town and rural commune located in the Say Department of the Tillaberi Region in Niger. It is situated approximately 60 km due west of the town of Say and about 50 km east of the border with Burkina Faso. The town lies along the Gourbi River, which serves as a tributary of the Niger River.

As a rural center, Torodi functions as the seat of local tribal authority, known as a canton. It is also notable for hosting a large weekly market. As of 2012, the town had a recorded population of 109,342 residents.
