Tres Valles is a town and municipality situated in the Mexican state of Veracruz. It was officially established as a free municipality by decree on November 25, 1988.
The location is positioned in the lower reaches of the Papaloapan River. Geographically, it borders the state of Oaxaca and shares boundaries with the towns of Tierra Blanca and Cosamaloapan.
