Naolinco, officially known as Naolinco de Victoria, is a small city located in the Mexican state of Veracruz. The municipality derives its name from Guadalupe Victoria.
The city is situated along Federal Highways 190 and 180. It shares borders with the neighboring municipalities of Xalapa, Acatlán, Tepetlán, and Coacoatzintla.
