Manlio Fabio Altamirano is a town located in the Mexican state of Veracruz. It functions as the municipal seat for the surrounding municipality of the same name.
As of 2020, the municipality had a total population of 23,918, with approximately 25% of that population residing within the municipal seat itself. Other localities included in the municipality are Mata Loma, Tenenexpan, Loma de los Carmona, and El Sauce.
