Ixhuacán de los Reyes, also known as Ixhuacán, is a city located in the Mexican state of Veracruz. It is situated approximately 36 kilometers (22 miles) from Xalapa Enríquez and is served by Federal Highway 123.
The municipality is bordered by the towns of Teocelo, Xico, and Coatepec. Coffee serves as the primary product of the region.
