Coxquihui is a municipality situated in the Mexican state of Veracruz. It is positioned within the montane central zone of the state, approximately 95 kilometers from Xalapa, which serves as the state capital.
The municipality covers a total surface area of 86.37 km2 and is located at the geographic coordinates 20°11′N 97°35′W.
