Ciudad Miguel Alemán is a city located in the Miguel Alemán Municipality of Tamaulipas, Mexico. Formerly known as San Pedro de Roma until 1950, the city sits directly across the Rio Grande from the United States city of Roma, Texas.

The two locations are connected by the Roma – Ciudad Miguel Alemán International Bridge, which is a suspension bridge. As of 2010, the population of Ciudad Miguel Alemán was 19,997, while the total population of the surrounding municipality was 27,015.
