Ciudad Obregón is a city located in southern Sonora, Mexico. It serves as the municipal seat of Cajeme and is the second largest city in the state, following Hermosillo.
As of 2020, the city has a population of 436,484 residents. It is situated approximately 530 km (330 mi) south of Mexico's northern border.
