Zaragoza is the capital city of the province of Zaragoza and the autonomous community of Aragon in Spain. It is traditionally known by the English name Saragossa.
The city is situated along the Ebro river and its tributaries, including the Huerva and the Gállego rivers. Geographically, it lies roughly in the center of both the Ebro basin and the region of Aragon.
