Acatlán de Osorio is a city located in the Mexican state of Puebla. It serves as the seat of the municipality commonly referred to by the shortened name Acatlán. The city is situated at an elevation of 1,213 meters (3,981 feet) above sea level.
According to the 2020 census, the population of the city was 19,341 residents. While it functions as a municipal seat, both the city and the surrounding municipality are frequently identified by the name Acatlán.
