Santo Domingo Xagacía is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in southwestern Mexico. It is situated within the central portion of the Sierra Norte Region.
The municipality is part of the Villa Alta District. It serves as a local administrative and residential area within the mountainous terrain of the region.
