Santiago Ayuquililla is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality encompasses a total area of 90.13 km2.
Geographically, the town is situated within the Huajuapan District, which is positioned in the northern portion of the Mixteca Region.
