San Miguel Tilquiapam is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality occupies a total area of 39.55 km2.
Geographically, San Miguel Tilquiapam is situated within the Ocotlán District. It is positioned in the southern portion of the Valles Centrales Region.
