San Mateo Yoloxochitlán is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality encompasses a total area of 15.31 km2.
Geographically, it is situated within the Teotitlán District, which is positioned in the northern part of the Cañada Region.
