San Juan Yaeé is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality covers a total area of 93.14 km2.
Geographically, San Juan Yaeé is situated within the center of the Sierra Norte Region. It is officially part of the Villa Alta District.
