San Juan del Estado is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. It is situated within the Valles Centrales region and is part of the Etla District.
The municipality covers a total area of 94.42 km2. According to data from 2005, the population of San Juan del Estado was approximately 2,200 residents.
