San Juan Bautista Tlacoatzintepec is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality encompasses a total area of 183.7 km2.
Geographically, it is situated within the Cuicatlán District in the northern portion of the Cañada Region.
