San Ildefonso Villa Alta is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality encompasses a total area of 136.52 km2.
Geographically, the town is situated within the center of the Sierra Norte Region. It is officially part of the Villa Alta District.
