San Esteban Atatlahuca is a town and municipality situated in the state of Oaxaca in the southwestern region of Mexico. The municipality occupies a total area of 61.24 km2.
Geographically, San Esteban Atatlahuca is located within the Tlaxiaco District, which is positioned in the southern portion of the Mixteca Region.
