San Bartolomé Quialana is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. It occupies an area of 49.76 km2 within the Tlacolula District.
The municipality is situated in the eastern portion of the Valles Centrales Region. It serves as a local administrative division within this geographic area of the state.
