San Agustín de las Juntas is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. It is situated within the Valles Centrales region and is part of the Centro District.
The municipality covers a total area of 12.76 km2. According to data from 2005, the population of the municipality was 5,645 residents.
