Chiquihuitlán de Benito Juárez is a town and municipality located in the state of Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality occupies a total area of 38.3 km2.
Geographically, it is situated within the Cuicatlán District, which is positioned in the northern part of the Cañada Region.
