Santiago de Ixcuintla is a municipality and its corresponding municipal seat located in the western Mexican state of Nayarit. The region covers a total area of 1,831.92 square kilometers and is situated at the geographic coordinates of 21º48'40" N and 105º12'23" W.
The municipality has a total population of 93,981 inhabitants, while the municipal seat itself houses a population of 25,241 residents.
