Tecámac is a municipality located in the State of Mexico within Mexico. The municipality covers a total area of 157.34 km² (60.75 sq mi).
The municipal seat is situated in the town of Tecámac de Felipe Villanueva. Notably, the municipality contains Ojo de Agua, which is the largest locality in Mexico that does not serve as a municipal seat, with a population of 242,283 inhabitants.
