San Pablo de las Salinas is an exclave and the second-largest colonia located within the Tultitlán Municipality in the State of Mexico, Mexico. Situated near the northern tip of Mexico City, it is part of the larger Mexico City metropolitan area.

The locality is significant for its size, housing a population of 189,453 inhabitants as of the 2010 census, which accounts for 36.15% of the municipal population. It is recognized as the third-largest locality in Mexico that does not serve as a municipal seat.
