Chiconcuac de Juárez, commonly known as Chiconcuac, is a town and municipality located in the state of Mexico. It is situated approximately 10 kilometers north of Texcoco de Mora.
The name Chiconcuac originates from the Aztec word Chicome Coatl, which translates to "Seven snakes." This term refers to a specific date on the Aztec calendar.
