Singuilucan is a town and one of the 84 municipalities located in the state of Hidalgo in central-eastern Mexico. The municipality encompasses a total area of 334.1 km2 (129.0 sq mi).
As of 2005, the municipality had a recorded total population of 13,143 residents.
