Ciudad Manuel Doblado is a municipality located in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. It serves as its own municipal seat and covers a total land area of 810.43 square kilometres.
The municipality is bordered by several neighboring regions: Romita, Purísima del Rincón, and San Francisco del Rincón to the north; Cuerámaro to the southeast; Pénjamo to the south; and the state of Jalisco to the west. According to data from the 2005 census, the city had a population of 38,309 inhabitants.
