Torreón is a city located in the Mexican state of Coahuila. It serves as the seat of the Torreón Municipality and is situated within the Comarca Lagunera metropolitan area.
The city has a population of 720,848 inhabitants, which makes it the second largest city in the state of Coahuila. It shares its western border with the cities of Gómez Palacio and Lerdo.
