Ojinaga is a rural border town located in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua. It serves as the seat of the municipality of Ojinaga and had a recorded population of 28,040 as of 2015.
The town is situated at La Junta de los Rios, the geographical point where the Río Conchos drains into the Río Grande. It sits directly opposite the city of Presidio, Texas, on the United States side of the border.
Ojinaga and Presidio are linked by two primary pieces of infrastructure: the Presidio–Ojinaga International Bridge and the Presidio–Ojinaga International Rail Bridge.
