Cusihuiriachi is a town located in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. It currently serves as the municipal seat for the surrounding municipality of Cusihuiriachi.
The name "Cusihuiriachi" originates from the Tarahumara language and translates to "erect pole." While it remains an official administrative center, the town is now considered practically a ghost town.
