Vadul-Rașcov is a commune situated in the Șoldănești District of Moldova. It is located approximately 130 km (81 mi) northeast of the national capital, Chișinău, and is positioned along the right bank of the Dniester River.
The commune consists of two villages: Socola and Vadul-Rașcov. As of 2014, the total population of the area was recorded at 1,808 residents.
