Prioziornoe is a village located within the commune of Frunză in the Slobozia District of Transnistria, Moldova. It is one of seven villages that comprise the administrative boundaries of the Frunză commune.
The area has been administered as part of the breakaway Transnistrian Moldovan Republic since 1990. Other nearby settlements within the same commune include Andriașevca Nouă, Andriașevca Veche, Novocotovsc, Uiutnoe, and Novosavițcaia station.
