Verkhnedvinsk, also known as Vyerkhnyadzvinsk, is a town located in the Vitebsk Region of northern Belarus. It serves as the administrative center for the Vyerkhnyadzvinsk District and is situated at the confluence of the Drysa River and the Daugava River.

The settlement was previously known by the names Drysa or Drissa until 1962. As of 2025, the town has a population of 6,771, following a previous recorded population of 7,600 in 2009.
