Sharkovshchina is an urban-type settlement located in the Vitebsk Region of northern Belarus. It is situated approximately 160 kilometres (99 miles) north of the national capital, Minsk.
The settlement serves as the administrative center of the Sharkawshchyna District. As of 2025, the population of the area is recorded at 5,945 residents.
