Liozno is an urban-type settlement located in the Vitebsk Region of Belarus. It serves as the administrative center for the Lyozna District and is situated on the banks of the Moshna River.
The settlement is positioned approximately 45 kilometres east-southeast of Vitebsk, near the border with Russia. It is accessible via the Vitebsk–Smolensk railroad branch and highway. As of 2025, Liozno has a population of 6,515 residents.
