Volozhin, also known as Valozhyn, is a town located in the Minsk Region of Belarus. It serves as the administrative center for the Valozhyn District and is situated approximately 75 km (47 mi) northwest of the national capital, Minsk.
The town is positioned on the Valozhynka River within the Neman River basin and marks the beginning of the Naliboki forest. Demographic data indicates that while the population was approximately 11,500 in 1995, it is projected to be 9,840 as of 2026.
