Vawkavysk, also known as Volkovysk, is a town located in the Grodno Region of western Belarus. It serves as the administrative center for the Vawkavysk District and is situated on the banks of the Ros and Vawkawyya rivers.
The town is one of the oldest settlements in the region. As of 2025, it has a population of 41,020. It is located approximately 98 kilometres from Grodno and 271 kilometres from the national capital, Minsk.
