Baranovichi, also known as Baranavichy, is a city located in the Brest Region of western Belarus. It serves as the administrative center for the Baranavichy District, although the city itself remains administratively separate from the district.
As of 2026, the city has a population of 170,039 residents. This population size makes Baranovichi the eighth-largest city in Belarus.
