Camiri is a city located in the Santa Cruz Department of Bolivia, specifically within the Cordillera Province. It serves as the administrative seat of the Camiri Municipality and has an estimated population of 65,897 inhabitants, who are commonly referred to as "Camireños."
The city is situated on the banks of the Parapeti River. Its geography is characterized by a small valley bordered by rolling hills to the east, north, and south, while it is flanked by the Aguarague mountain range to the west.
