Maragua is a town located in the Muranga County of Kenya. It is situated along the Thika–Sagana road, approximately 10 km south of Murang'a.
The town served as the capital of the former Maragua District. According to data from 1999, Maragua had an urban population of 4,286 and a total population of 27,384.
