For something more specialized, Free Blues Club in the Pomorzany District (Powstańców Wielkopolskich 20, reachable by trams 4, 11, or 12) serves blues and rock fans from 19:30 with live music and jam sessions. These aren't venues designed to look the part; they're places where the music and the crowd are the point.
Local Beer and Late-Night Food
Drink Bosman, the local lager brewed in variants with red or green labels, available at most shops and pubs throughout the city. For something more ambitious, Taverna pub (aleja Bohaterów Warszawy 111) operates its own microbrewery producing lager and porter. Nowy Browar (ul. Szczecin fills with specific energy at particular times of year. Juwenalia runs 16–20 May, bringing youthful crowds into the streets. Baltic Rock Meeting (25 May–3 June) is a pilgrimage for rock fans. Dni Morza (Days of the Sea) arrives in June, celebrating the city's maritime character. Boogie Brain Festival takes place in October, drawing electronic music devotees. If you're planning ahead, these festivals reshape the city's rhythm and draw people who wouldn't otherwise be there.
