Three days in Russeifa
Day one: Start by getting your bearings in Russeifa, a city in Zarqa Governorate, Jordan. As you walk its streets, you will notice the Arabic signage and hear Arabic spoken around you, and you may see the name written in different ways, including Ruseifa, Rusaifa and Russiefa. Use your first day to settle in and get a feel for the rhythm of the city before planning the rest of your stay.
Day two: Spend the day exploring more of Russeifa on foot. Return to the parts of the city that interested you most on day one, and take your time moving between its districts. Keep an eye out for how the city fits into Zarqa Governorate as a whole, and let the Arabic language around you shape your sense of the place.
Day three: Use your last day to revisit your favourite spots in Russeifa and to slow down before you leave. If you have time, look beyond the city towards the wider Zarqa Governorate, and reflect on how Russeifa, Ruseifa, Rusaifa and Russiefa are simply different renderings of the same Jordanian city you have been getting to know.
